Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vinegar
2 eggs
12 marshmellows cut into small pieces


Instructions:

boil the sugar, water and vinegar to medium ball stage - 250 degrees pour over 2 egg whites which have been beaten stiff add the marshmellow pieces and continue beating until marshmellows melt
