2 LBS round steak
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbls crisco
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 onion
2 - 5 1/2 oz cans of pizza suace


Instructions:

combine flour, salt, pepper and pound into the steak Brown the steak on both sides in hot crisco Pour tomato sauce, pizza sauce over browned meat top with the onion and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes them cover and bake for 1 hour at 350
