2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tbls vinegar
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
water


Instructions:

mix the dry ingredients together in a cake pan make 3 wells in the dry ingredients in 1 well put the vinegar in the 2nd well put the cooking oil in the 3rd well put the vanilla the add 2 cups of cold water and mix until all the flour is mixed up bake for 30 minutes at 400
